At Houston House of Power, we pride ourselves on our work with the Gen V LTs, because we've spent years dialing them in. When GM moved to the LT, they didn't just bring in direct injection. It brought a completely new tuning strategy. Throttle control, injection timing, virtual torque, and more. It's not a platform just any LS tuner with a laptop can conquer. And it shows. That's why we're the leaders in drivability across every Gen V platform, and why our schedule stays full: people know that at the end of the day, we'll get it running right. Even if your tune's already been hacked up by two or three different tuners, we can handle it. We start over from scratch, build it around your exact combination, and verify it on our in-house dyno. From a stock L86 truck to a supercharged LT1 Camaro, a C8 build, or a boosted LT swap in a square body... if it's a Gen V LT, we tune it right.

The LT is a different animal than the LS. Direct injection and virtual torque left LS tuners in the dust. If you've got an unexplainable idle hunt, it's not because your cam is too radical. It's because your tuner didn't have the tools in his shed to do the job right. We do.

Have a daily driver that's stock or has a few bolt-ons? We can optimize what you've done, sharpen your throttle response and torque, and make the transmission shift with some authority. In some cases we'll even get rid of that pesky torque converter shudder.

Or maybe you've got something a little more serious, like a cam and full bolt-ons, but it drives terrible. We can fix that, and it's probably one of the most common tunes we get.

Forced induction. Whether it's an LT4 or LT5 with a factory supercharger, or you've added boost to your LT1, L86, or L87, we'll tune it to deliver maximum horsepower with as much reliability as possible. And on your big-power DI builds where fueling gets tight, we handle auxiliary/port injection setups so the fuel system keeps up.

Want your AFM / DOD turned off? That's easy too. Whether you think it's pesky or you're just trying to prolong your lifter life, we can do it as a standalone service or as part of one of our dyno tunes.

Transmission tuning is one of our specialties too, whether it's an 8-speed or a 10-speed. Once we're done, you'll feel a big improvement in the way your transmission shifts. Less factory slop between the gears. More lockup in the torque converter. Raised shift points, and more. No question, it'll be one of your favorite improvements we make.

If it's a Gen V LT small block, we tune it. On the performance side that's the LT1, LT2 (C8 Corvette), LT4, and the supercharged LT5. On the truck and SUV side it's the 5.3s (L83, L84) and 6.2s (L86, L87), plus the 6.6 gas L8T and the L8P crate variant. Direct injection, AFM or DFM, naturally aspirated or boosted, small block Gen V is what we do.

The Gen V LT lives in GM's newest performance iron, and we tune the whole spread. C7 and C8 Corvettes, 6th-gen Camaro SS and ZL1, CTS-V, and the late-model Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Suburban, and Escalade.
